Wildflowers are great for fireside weddings. By bunching them
together and tying them with a simple ribbon, brides can create a
beautiful low-cost budget. Brides can also use wildflowers as hair
accessories instead of a veil or tiara. Simple chairs can be used to
make seating areas for the guests. These chairs can be decorated by
tying wide ribbon around the back into a shoestring bow.
Fireside wedding usually do not include elaborate receptions. One
idea for a small reception is to serve hot desserts such as cinnamon
rolls and hot apple cider. Wedding cake can also be served, and can
be of any style. It is nice to add more wildflowers to the cake
decoration as well to tie in the theme.
