traditional cake cutting. Most of the time guests end up crowding
together attempting to steal a peek. To avoid making your guests
stand on their toes to see, consider elevating the cake table.
Setting the cake table on a platform allows everyone the joy of
seeing the cake cutting and first toast. Guests will appreciate your
thoughtfulness and you will love having everyone’s attention on your
special day.

however small sculptures look wonderful next to a wedding cake. The
only rule here is to make sure your sculpture is not taller or wider
than your wedding cake. It would be tragic to overshadow a beautiful

Decoration for the groom’s cake table can be a bit different than
the main wedding cake table. Groom’s cakes are traditionally less
formal and usually focus on a hobby or interest of the groom.
Therefore, the decor of the cake table for the groom’s cake should
be casual and fun. For example, if the groom’s cake has a football
theme, then consider decorating with football helmets and footballs.
Wedding cake table decorations really bring the guests’ focus to the
wedding cake. Busy brides often neglect this detail of the
reception. With these simple ideas however, brides can decorate
without sacrificing much time or effort. The outcome will be worth
